Hello, my name is Rachel and I’ve made a few other cooking videos. The last cooking video that I made was the bread with avocado and a fried egg on top. That was really good. You might have tried that but today I want to show you how to make fresh cheese omelets.

Let’s begin. You’re going to need a few things: one medium bowl, some Cheddar cheese which is right here, two large eggs, a pinch salt and a pinch pepper, and last of all, one tablespoon of butter. For the cheese you are going to need 2 tablespoons of it. In any case you’re gonna crack two large eggs into this medium bowl.  A pinch salt. A punch pepper. And you are gonna use a whisk and stir it together until smooth.

It looks yellowish. We got the idea of a cheese omelet because once our air conditioning broke so we just had to go to a hotel and stay for the night. In the morning we had omelet. That inspired us to make this omelet. Mine is done. So yours should look like this yellowish color. And then you’re going to melt your butter a 10-inch non-sticky skillet.

So now that we got everything we’re going to put this in your pan and then turn up the fire to medium. And then as I remember from the recipe you’re just going to let the butter melt.

So now that my butter is melted we are going to quickly grab the eggs and pour it.  Kind of looks like here’s scrambling an egg. Lot of oil in it.

So now we’re going to use our rubber spatula, get it from the end, go round your eggs and then pull it up.  We are going to turn off the heat and then slightly move it to the center of it if your egg is not ready and cooked. So we’re going to put in the cheese until melted.

So pour it onto the top of your eggs. And then we’re going to use this and make it into a half Moon. It’s going to be kind of hard to flip the omelet but here we go. It’s going to look like a half Moon and then we’re just going to put omelet on the plate and serve.

You can add a few toppings to it to make it more flavory. Make it have more flavor.

But that is our cheese omelet. And the reason we’re not using fire it is because the cooked egg is already hot so when you fold it the cheese will melt inside and make it tasty. If you open it, it’s gonna look like a in orange spider web. That’s how to make a cheese omelet. Thanks for watching.
